I always use a meat thermometer to make sure that my meat is cooked safely.It’s a very flexible seasoning, do as you wish! (Example ratio: ½ tbsp garlic powder, ½ tbsp onion powder, ½ tbsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper to 1 cup panko) I love garlic so I tend to go heavy on the garlic powder. ![]()
